With an intuitive vision of leadership, she had worked in all facets of the land development industry all over the United States and Asia. She always had an idea of how to train crews with a particular standard of skills and consistency that will fit the requirements of clients.
Ms. Santiago is also the President of VYSA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a business corporation in the Philippines doing Design-Build since 2010. She is a Registered Architect in the Philippines and an American Citizen. Ms. Santiago practiced Architecture for 30 years in the U.S. She is currently linked to SKYLINE VENTURES AND INVESTMENTS CORPORATION, a business corporation registered in the State of Florida which involves in Project and Program Development.

Anita Santa Ana has 44 years of experience in Business Accounting, 22 years of which in Tax Preparation and Tax Resolution, Licensed Enrolled Agent, and Registered Tax Return Preparer in the United States of America. She is also a Licensed Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines. Retired Educator in Roosevelt College Basic Accounting for Individuals, Partnerships, and Corporations.
Because of her extensive experience in accounting, she has mastered managing multiple number of job orders and provided clients with the manpower they need to achieve a successful employer-employee relationship.
