Construction Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers, architects and other workers in the same project.
- Choose subcontractors and delegate their responsibilities
- Responsible for any delays, emergencies and problems that can arise
- Comply with safety and building codes as well as legal requirements
- Report project progress and budget to client
- Explain contract and technical matter to others in a clear manner
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, along with work timetables
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture from an accredited University.
- Professional License as Engineer or Architect.
- 5 years of experience in the management of facility construction projects including supervision of engineering, design and construction, schedule control, cost management, program budgeting, and overall project management activities.
- With experience in Hospital/healthcare facilities.
- PMP or CMC, highly desired
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills to read and interpret construction documents, as well as communicate effectively with project construction team members
- Must be willing to travel to different project locations
